This work is personal.

Like many of the clients I serve, I understand what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside while struggling to maintain your health behind the scenes.

After navigating stage IV endometriosis, hormonal changes, and the demands of a high-level career, I experienced firsthand how stress, hormones, and lifestyle can impact energy, weight, and overall well-being.

That became my turning point.

Through strength training, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and consistent habits, I lost over 35 pounds and regained my energy, clarity, and control.

But more importantly, I learned this:

Lasting weight loss doesn’t come from extremes.
It comes from sustainable habits.

Today, I help clients navigate GLP-1 weight loss the right way, so they don’t just lose weight, they build the strength, habits, and lifestyle needed to keep it off.
